A couple more discoveries to share demonstrating how the Tanzmaus can be triggered by another drum machine via MIDI.
PART ONE:
At about 1:37 I mention you can't play the hihat open/closed live on the Tanzmaus, which was incorrect; they are played via the "ALT" buttons.
