Stereo Ferment presents the latest instalment of their guest mix series “Cellar Sessions”, where DJ friends curate unique moods alongside classic SF vibes (psych-tropical; dub-boogie-disco, and afrocentric inspired grooves). The result is a bubbling fermentation of tasty tunes for curious ears.

Co-founder and resident DJ of Melbourne dance party ‘Other Worlds Other Sounds’. Moon carries with him a wealth of music knowledge and experience inspired throughout the years from the local sounds of Glasgow, Scotland, where he grew up, with its rich dance culture and underground clubs, to the vast and hidden record shops and clubs of Europe and now Melbourne, his home, with its diverse and wonderful local scene.

"This one hour excerpt is recorded live from the upstairs club room at one of Melbourne's most underground and influential spaces for dance music and music culture, Angel Music Bar. Taken from my warmup set in front of a sold out crowd at our 3rd 'Other Worlds Other Sounds' presents 'Dance Your Way' show in March this year.

With 'Dance Your Way' we encourage people to 'leave everything at the door and dance your way' as we endeavour to explore club sounds from around the globe, also known as ‘Global Dance’, from contemporary Afro and Latin infused club rhythms to Acid touched Aribic and Turkish instrumentation and worldy percussion. It really went off that night!
