In March 2023, Eric Clapton evaluated prototype replicas of the 1958 Gibson Les Paul Custom which he played with Cream, Blind Faith, John Lennon, Delaney & Bonnie and Derek and the Dominos, before Eric gifted the legendary guitar to Albert Lee. This fascinating "fly on the wall" discussion with Eric and Michael Doyle reveals historical insights about the amazing journey of this iconic instrument.

Two years later, in February 2025, 150 Murphy Aged Gibson replicas were made with a significant portion of the proceeds for the benefit of the Eric Clapton Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a non-profit treatment centre devoted to drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation.
