Why do some restaurants lose quality over time? Here's what I think.
1. Energy & Consistency:
If you're coming into work with sh*tty energy, the people around you will pick up on it— staff and gusts.
2. Burned Our Staff:
When you make something with love, it shows, and the opposite is true, too.
3. Cost-Cutting:
Yes, everything is more expensive these days, but if you start cutting corners with the quality of your food, people will stop coming back.
4. Ignoring Feedback:
If you're getting constructive feedback from your staff and guests, take a moment to listen to it. They might be exactly right.
The small things can add up to a big problem over time. Don't ignore them.
