Except from the type of escapement, another basic difference from the more common movements such as the ETA 2892A2 is the type of regulation. The hairspring of the watch is a "free-hairspring" and timing of the watch is performed by adjusting two regulating screws, situated on the balance wheel. This enhances the precision of regulation and along with the new alloys used gives great accuracy to the watch.
