Finally saw a built-in recessed floor mat in real life. They use it in commercial applications, and I just knew it would look amazing in a house.

The best spots for these IMO is on the outside at the front and back door. Only if you have a covered porch of course, then you’d just have a little puddle sitting there.
In the garage before you enter the house is another spot.
The one in the video is on the inside front door and inside laundry room.
