NASA, European and Canadian space agencies' have created the most powerful space observatory ever which will be used to see if different planets are habitable & will probe the earliest stars and galaxies. Today it completed a final, crucial step. Astrophysicist Nathalie Ouellette of the University of Montreal is interviewed by the BBC.
