Prolific musicians mortum from Hungary since 1996 has been actively producing sounds that bring discomfort and deep exploration of the occult. Solarvoid is a musical concept about the esoteric relation between the human soul in search for the unity and the universe as a whole existence within the heart of the human kind.
The creation of this album was based on field recordings and extensive analog audio signal generating in order to gain the final form of the sound. In additional, there are soundscapes and effect layers processed by digital synthesis added to the spectrum. A very different approach of recordings by the artist, mortum that differs widely from his sound design methods, therefore the result is also very distinctive. A smooth journey through the solar system across the nebulas 'till the reach of the dead stars.
