On tonight’s top story: while no one has been declared a winner in the U.S. election just yet, it appears Joe Biden may have more paths to victory than President Donald Trump. Eric Sorensen explains.

Ahead of the results of the U.S. election being declared, President Donald Trump's campaign has filed lawsuits in some states. Jackson Proskow explains why and when the world could finally learn who won.

Meanwhile, protesters rallied outside a ballot-counting building in Detroit on Wednesday, after U.S. President Donald Trump launched a lawsuit to stop the count. Jeff Semple spoke with some voters to learn why they voted for Joe Biden, who ended up winning Michigan.
