"We came home and noticed one dog by the door—but it was strange her sister wasn’t with her. They're always together. Then we heard crying. My daughter searched everywhere, panicked, and finally screamed, 'Mom—the dog is in the tree!' I thought she was joking, but sure enough, her dog was 35 feet up in a tree. We were in total shock. I called the fire dept and animal rescue, but they kept bouncing me around. My husband rushed home, and we grabbed a blanket just in case. He climbed the tree himself, and thank God, got her down safely. We still can’t believe it."
