Our survival team ventured deep into the forest to build an underground shelter entirely by hand. Using primitive tools, bamboo, clay, and stone, we dug a massive underground chamber with separate rooms, hidden entrances, and two beautifully crafted pools. The pools were fed using a bamboo water system and filtered with sand, gravel, and charcoal — offering cool, clean water in the heart of the jungle.
Midway through our build, we discovered a wounded wild boar near our site. Instead of chasing it away, we chose to protect it. We built a small natural pen beside the underground shelter, shaded with palm leaves and fed by bamboo-drip water. The boar stayed nearby, growing stronger over the weeks as we worked.
Our goal shifted — from just building for ourselves to creating a shared space with nature. We made sure the underground house would remain hidden and safe, not just from humans but from predators too. The design includes covered ventilation shafts, natural camouflage roofing, and silent drainage systems. We placed food traps nearby (non-lethal) to safely feed wildlife while keeping distance and respect.
The wild boar became part of our routine — sometimes watching us from behind trees, sometimes resting near the shelter. It never attacked, never ran. It knew we meant no harm. This peaceful connection inspired us to dedicate part of the build to it.
In this video, you’ll witness the full journey:

✅ And caring for a wild animal in the heart of the jungle
This project isn’t just survival. It’s a reminder that when we respect nature, nature responds with peace. Whether you're here for the primitive technology, the eco-shelter building, or the wildlife story, you’ll find something powerful in this episode.
