Tailgate Lift slides into 2" truck receiver just as a bike rack or cargo carrier would, no electrical connections necessary, lift is 100% mechanical.The drop down legs on this unit are for a lifted truck and as a result are too long for this truck. In fact the legs aren't necessary until you exceed 300 lbs.
