As you guys know, I am very picky about the replacement filter caps I use in vintage amps + radios. So, I am cutting open a Weber Can type filter capacitor for inspection. Did they use good quality components inside? Yes, I would say so. You can see they spent some time constructing this part. I prefer to use CE Distribution metal can caps. They look much more original on vintage Fender tube amps. D-lab electronics always utilizes quality components. Bean counters do not run this shop. d-labelectronics.com.
