This project has been put on the long finger for a while now so I thought with it being the first day of a new year I'd get stuck into it. The big issue here is the stairs and how best to support it and replace the beams which are currently holding up the stairs without it all coming crashing down.

This is a daily vlog of our self renovation of a French Townhouse which was originally built some time in the 1930s. We left Ireland in August 2023 with our two kids and two dogs in search of a family home and these videos are a way to document the process for ourselves, as well as hopefully inspiring others to take on a similar project.
