Verona is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy with its unique sights.

Verona is more than just the setting for Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

The city on the Adige is rich in sights from the Middle Ages and Roman times. Particularly worth mentioning is the Arena - the amphitheater in which operas and concerts are regularly performed in the summer.

In some of the Romanesque houses and beautiful churches you can also see frescoes from the early Renaissance.
