Carnivore Ice Cream w Cookie Topping | Easy Ice Cream Without a Machine

This Carnivore ice Cream Recipe: If you are strict carnivore you can leave out the allulose and vanilla!
1 cup heavy cream
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp allulose
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with optional items until fluffy
Fold egg mixture into whipped cream until well combined.
Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring 2-3 times during that time.

Cookie topping #1: Pork rind crumbs with optional sweetener and cinnamon
Cookie topping #2: Chopped up Carnivore bar (Honey Salted was very good!)
