To celebrate Bloomsday, the University at Buffalo created a 36-foot-tall, vibrant mural of renowned author and poet James Joyce in downtown Buffalo. A news conference introducing the mural, as well as plans to create a Joyce museum, welcomed local, state and international figures and dignitaries.
