The stuffed pickle sandwich - and plenty of other pickled delights - started brining in 1997 when Leona Milton was in culinary school.
Her concept was untested, so she took some time and tried it out at several different pop-ups. Now, with the help of a @motorcitymatch grant, Leona's dream turned brick n'mortar in the University District.
