limited to 100 copies, this private pressing from Japan came with a booklet full of illustrations and lyrics, as well as musician commentary. it is one of the many records listed in the Wonder Ground Record Book by Branco Label. the music itself consists of many folk songs with guitar, piano, or both, with entirely male vocals. however, the longest track is, surprisingly, a 7 minute long country tune. Melhen Combat was from Kyoto, and consisted of 9 members. this was their first album, with the second releasing in 1979, titled メルコン共和国 (Mel'con Kyowakoku), also limited to 100 copies and came with an obi and insert.
