Low calorie easy breakfast that you can make in 5 minutes, These are oatmeal pancakes all you need is:

1/4 cup of whole grain oats
1 packet of stevia
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white
1 pinch of vainilla *if you like

Mix all dry ingredients in a food processor until it is powder, then add the egg white and vainilla and just cook in a pan as regular pancakes
