If you didn't hear about this situation, here's basically what happened. Last week, my bass guitar broke and I made posts saying that if ya'll have been thinking about buying merch, now is the time to do so because I have to not only fix/replace my bass, but Paypal terminated my account and was holding all of my money (including money to ship out over 100 orders of merch) for a minimum of 180 days and wouldn't tell me what I did for this to happen.
I Got on the phone with an agent and the agent told me "We wont tell you what you did" and when i asked her to connect me to someone who I can talk to and sort this out, she said "this can't be disputed over the phone or through email. You can handwrite a letter to our headquarters, but until you do that and we review this case, you'll have to wait 180 days to try and retrieve your money"
Thankfully, ya'll went in messaging and calling out paypal on social media to the point where they literally sent an email saying "You actually didn't violate any terms, so we are returning your money"

AND if you ordered merch last week, you probably just noticed a confirmation email, because we just shipped out most of the orders!
