This is day 12 of me trying to find out that which state of India has the best food. In this video I have tried the most famous food items of India’s ‘city of joy’, West Bengal. West Bengal was once considered to be one of the most important states of India because of its massive sea ports, which was the reason for Kolkata being the capital city of of India before it was changed to Delhi. While West Bengal is extremely well known for its natural Flora and fauna, they are also well known for the food that can be found in every bengali household. The most famous bengali food items include but are not limited to, Aloo posto, Baingan Bhaaja, Rasgulla, etc. Surprisingly all these food items were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way.
