hi my beautiful family! i hope you enjoyed watching this video & getting a glimpse into a day in my life.

here’s how you can start the blueprint:

these are the 6 non-negotiable habits we will be completing every single day, which you will be able to check off daily in the app:

1. one training session (lots of different workout plans available in my app for both in the gym and at home if you’re struggling with building a proper training split)
2. eat protein with every meal (also a ton of high protein recipes with macros available in my app)
3. drink 1 gallon of water
4. write a journal entry
5. read or listen to a podcast for 30 minutes
6. start each day with a full plan

i will be starting the blueprint the 29th of may. but feel free to start when it is best for you. it’s now live on uplift you!
