It's a strange question to ask from a tall man. But the sisters were surprisingly accommodating they said yes.
He brought food there to their home. It was one sister's husband who answered the door. They are all disabled. The sisters were a result of genetics. One sister, the quieter one was sick from 5 years old onward. The other sister was sick from around 1 years old. It's a regressive disease. They are no longer able to work once the disease started.
The husband was a result of a high fever as a child. Now he also has trouble walking although he could stand and doesn't need a wheelchair.
They talked about their experience being disabled. For example, finding a job is a challenge. Most people don't want to hire disabled workers and most places aren't accomodating to disabled folks. They couldn't even get to their interviews.
And when they aren't struggling in the workplace, they are struggling in daily life. With people pointing, staring, and some taking pictures without asking first.
The woman who does most of the talking, although she looks a bit mean is actually just a very wounded individual. She acts strong, but you can see how much it affects her.
For their wish, they just wanted more people to understand and be more considerate.
