This single was self released in 1983, 6 years before the release of their only album. It is unknown how many of these singles were pressed, but was not many.
The single starts out soft with the song "Livin' in a Dream". The song almost does not sound like the same ACID I've known them from Don't Lose Your Dreams. But the single does end on a high note with "Drifter". Quite honestly, Drifter is the stronger song on this single no question about it. But, Livin' in a Dream is still an ok track.
Apologizes in advance for the sound quality (especially on "Livin' in a Dream). The turntable I normally use died while ripping this single (well, not so much as died, but the belt started to smoke and ended up being unusable and threw it away in a fit of both rage and confusion). But ended up using my 2nd turntable.... not liking the quality but paid $20 for it used so can't really complain.
Anyways, enjoy this rare single released by ACID.
