ALTERGATE is an expanding metaverse project optimised for 3d depth camera performance, like the Kinect. Consisting of various ‘‘zones’’ where a situation takes place, a cyberscene from the selected node will play out, with the host user Patrick integrated in the synthetic level reconstructed around a simulated 3d world location.
