Ingredients:

Beef - 500 g
Pork (brisket) - 500 g
Butter - 30 g
Onion - 250 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Parsley - 10 g
Mustard - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 2 pcs
Salt - 1 tsp
White bread - 120 g
Milk - 200 ml

I twist the meat (beef and pork) in a meat grinder.
I finely chop the onion and fry in butter over low heat, add finely chopped garlic (you can skip it through a garlic dispenser). Onion with garlic should become soft and translucent, not fried.
After frying, I transfer the onion with garlic to a deep bowl and add parsley, mustard and black pepper. I send minced meat there. I add 2 eggs, salt and pre-soaked bread in milk. I mix all this very well, and generate cutlets in the form "on a free topic". I cook cutlets in the DEMIAND air grill and enjoy the result of 20 minutes of work).
Cutlets are very juicy without frying and without a drop of oil.
