After weeks of planning and anticipation, she meets her property buyer’s representative, Ben, on the fast train from Paris to Rennes. Together, they rent a car and head to Congrier to meet the agent and the seller of Chateau de la Chevronnais. Morgan’s journey to this point has been anything but ordinary. She had been searching for the ideal property for years, and when Chateau de la Chevronnais appeared on the market, she was on vacation in Italy with her daughter, Ruby. Despite the distance and timing, Morgan jumped into action, knowing this could be *the one*.
Now, she’s made a full-priced offer on the property, but it hasn’t been accepted yet. With other eager buyers waiting in the wings, the pressure is on. Excitement, nerves, and fear collide as she faces the ultimate question: will the chateau be everything she imagined? And if it is, will her offer be enough to make it hers?
