The Vimexciter is a compact resistance band exercise machine that can give you a great workout in very little floor space. Extending only 6" out from the wall when closed, it is super compact!

After rigorous testing, I have found that you really need to get the extra bands in order to get a reasonable amount of resistance doing a bench press. For the default bands that comes with the machine, I was only about to feel about 70lbs of force when doing bench presses. With the added accessory of extra resistance bands, I was able to increase this to a total of 113 lbs.
