Chakras define the energy centres in the body and, when blocked, can cause sickness and frustration amongst many other things.

This is the fourth in the series that defines and represents each energy center starting from the top down. It is known as the Heart Chakra or Anahata, and represents things such as Love, Compassion, Sincerity and Acceptance, to name a few.
