Make your own ladyfinger sponge (aka Savoiardi biscuits).Whip 3 egg yolkswith 30 gms sugar( called sabayon or zabaglione) till light colored. Whisk 3 egg whites with 50 gms sugar till firm peaks( called meringue).. Fold the meringue into the sabayon and lastly add sifted flour 100gm. Use piping bag to make the finger shapes. Dust icing sugar over the sponge before baking. Bake 190deg centigrade for about 10 mins. Demo by Jonathan Khee.
