This video demonstrates a breast lift technique using anatomical polyurethane implants. The implant is placed under the gland with access through an inframammary incision. Following this, soft tissue reshaping is performed over the implant. The procedure includes the reshaping of the areola, lifting and reduction of the areola, followed by suturing of the central component, and finally, correction of the horizontal volume at the inframammary fold.
