WE DO:
✅my chicken meat (I have drumsticks), if desired, remove the skin, salt and pepper to taste
✅ onion peeled and cut into strips
✅ fry the onion in oil until transparent, stirring so that the onion does not turn golden for 1-2 minutes
✅ add a little salt to the onion to taste, 1/2 tsp of soda and while stirring, wait for a MIRACLE reaction when the onion turns yellow, releases juice and turns into a sauce - it will take 3-5 minutes
✅ put the meat in onion sauce and simmer for 20 minutes on each side under a lid over medium heat, a total of 40 minutes
✅ALL IS READY! Serve the chicken on a plate, drizzling with sauce and garnishing with herbs! YUMMY!

• in such an onion sauce - chicken is cooked and marinated at the same time, nothing needs to be cooked in advance
• it is better to remove the skin from the meat, as both the drumstick and thighs are quite juicy without it
• do not overdo it with spices, aromatic salt and a little garlic are quite enough, because the onion itself is very bright in taste
