I just can’t tell you enough about this delicious Nutty BLUEBERRY PEACH COBBLER, it is a perfect year round delight. This is what I like to take to potlucks or family gatherings, it’s always perfect for the holidays and it never fails that everybody will ask for the recipe, and it is so super easy to prepare. I love using fresh peaches when in season, but you can use canned or frozen, but fresh is always best I think. Blueberries are a perfect addition to the peaches, pecans are optional, but I love them in this cobbler. I always make sure to have homemade vanilla ice cream to add the final touch. INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER____________
1 1/2 C. Self Rising flour
1 C. Sugar
1 1/4 C. Milk
Pinch Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS FOR PEACH MIXTURE __________
5 med/large Peaches
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
Pinch Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Iemon juice
1/4 C. Chopped pecans

BLUEBERRY INGREDIENTS ____________
1 C. Fresh blueberries
1/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest
