
1. Popcorn Kernels:
You can get a jar of popcorn kernels and some small paper bags for way cheaper than the pre-packaged packets.
2. Fresh Garlic & Cilantro:
Fresh is always best, but using "jar"lic will work as well, just not the dried stuff.
Toss some kernels, garlic, cilantro, and a little bit of melted butter into a container that you shake.
Pour your mixture into a paper bag, and pop it into the microwave to cook for about 2 minutes or until the popping stops.
Top with more butter and salt to taste and you're done. This is a must-try recipe if you're a fan of our fries.
