B minor = 1 = tonic
G major is the chord on the 6th degree of the B natural minor scale
D major is the relative major of B minor
A major is the subtonic of B minor - or the dominant of the key D major.
These four chords appear in two different orders: firstly as B minor, G major, D major and A major. In this situation, most people perceive the B minor chord as the tonic. The whole chord sequence Bm-G.D-A is perceived as "in minor". In other parts, the same four chords appear in a different order, namely as G - D - A - Bm. Now the chord sequence sounds more like "major" and the D major chord can be perceived as the tonic.
