Why my piano is always out of tune

Just a quick rant.

My piano is always out of tune...in videos that is. And that's because of the hot lights that are shining on it all the time.

I remember about a year ago there was one day when I was filming a few days after my piano got tuned. By the end of it, many of the higher unisons were egregiously out of tune, and it was quite painful to play. At the time, I didn't put two and two together and realize that it was from the lights, so I called the tuner again and got it retuned.

2 days after that, the situation was much the same. And then I realized that it must have been the hot lights doing stuff to the soundboard. Moral of the story: my piano goes out of tune simply from recording.
