Deplume's recording sessions on last years smoother, vocal rich LP for International Anthem must have been epic. Here he stitches together what sounds like the smokier, late night shift; the stamina crew high on creation, after getting the more arranged tracks to tape, keen to keep playing; fatigue opening forgotten primal pathways to jazz's Afro-ancestry & the raw, ritual percussion urging the last musicians standing towards a rare modern state of group consciousness & spiritual awareness.
The track in the video is, "Sibomandi (feat. Falle Nioke)", but I highly recommend hitting play on the whole LP.
