Dramatic new dash cam video shows the moment escaped inmate Casey White was captured in Indiana. Appearing in court for the first time, he has been formally charged with escape in the first degree. An autopsy confirmed accomplice Vicky White died after she shot herself in the head before police moved in. NBC’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports for TODAY.
