Undercurrents is a new commission with Bristol Beacon, the sonic poem will be broadcast with the full moon on 25 January 2025. This audio work has been developed through workshops with black artists, writers and historians connected to Bristol.
Featuring vocal contributions from; Kayle Brandon, Edson Burton, Maria Christoforidou, Fozia Ismail, Valda Jackson, Imani Mason Jordan, Shawn-Napthali Sobers, Felix Taylor and Prince Taylor. With lead vocals by Libita Sibungu.
