Epizootic biography
Founded in Göteborg, Sweden in 1975 - Disbanded in 1978

This Swedish band made only one very rare album in 1976 that contains breaks and tempo changes in their songs which make it difficult to categorize their style. The music could be describe as raw hard rock with psychedelic and jazz flavors. Unfortunately, the album could have benefits for better production. Pär Ericsson (vocals, bass, flute) and Bengt FISCHER (guitar) created the band Heavy Metal EF band in the '80s after the short experience with EPIZOOTIC. Lars LILJEGREN (vocals, piano, synths) later played with RAGNARÖK and TRIANGULUS. Unfortunately, Fischer died in 2001 due to cancer complications.
