The future of AUKUS is looking “really good” following US President Donald Trump’s inauguration, reveals former defence minister Joel Fitzgibbon.“I’ve had a conversation with Kevin Rudd since our arrival and he reports good news,” Mr Fitzgibbon told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“When we run into the political classes here, there’s nothing but praise and interest in the AUKUS proposal.”
