Reflection: Is my speech consistently rooted in truth and simplicity, or do I sometimes hide behind exaggeration, avoidance, or dishonesty to protect myself or gain approval?

Prayer: Jesus, You are the Truth that sets us free. Cleanse my heart from deceit and pride. Help me to speak with sincerity and to live with integrity. Let my words be simple, honest, and filled with Your love. May my life be a testimony to Your truth in all I say and do. Jesus, I trust in You. Amen.
