The Law and Justice are both not tangible and this is problematic. It is problematic because as humans we tend to despise it easier without acknowledging its existente through materialism. Even if metaphoric it brings comfort to believe that what has no representation, besides written words, has force through the object itself. This is more evident if the Law is repeatedly violated and the political regime is in a state of decay. If a child learns about the presence and is told to respect the monument as the existence of the concept, the Law and Justice will be better grasped and can partake of one's life into an older stage in life.
