This is a DVD from 2 poor quality VHS tapes. 1st is the rain storm from 1/7/1978 & 1/8/1978. The 2nd is of the snow storm of 2/7/1978 & 2/8/1978. There is a quick shot of Black Point Rd under water and then to Old Orchard & Camp Ellis. Most of the video is of Higgins Beach, shot from Bob Hodgdon's jeep.
