India once again reiterated its position as the Russia-Ukraine war completed a year. India's ambassador to the UN, Ruchira Kamboj, quoted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's message that "dialogue and diplomacy are the only viable way out." India also remained absent from the UN vote against Russia on Thursday.
