One day before NBA meets Chess at Chesstival, we had a fun head and hand battle between IM Tania Sachdev + Fabiano Caruana taking on Levon Aronian and Wesley So. In the crowd we had many NBA stars including Derrick Rose who were enjoying this and also learning how the head and hand format works as they have to play it themselves on the 13th of July. Magnus Carlsen was also kibitzing which made it all the more fun! Check out this battle where IM Tania Sachdev proved why she is not just a great commentator but a strong chess player as well.
