Paula has a whole bunch of boys coming over to her house for Thanksgiving, so she cooks a big meal with very questionable ingredients. She's helped out by her friend Donna, who's less than competent in the kitchen. When she finally finds something she's good at (slamming the oven door), it offends Paula's sensibilities. She'll feed people all of her bodily fluids, as well as their own body parts, but she draws the line at being mean to kitchen appliances.Donna's microwave door talent does get put to use when baking a cake, but then she drops it, turning it into upside-down cake (or something). At this point, Paula can't take Donna's incompetence anymore, so she takes her outside and sh00ts her. The body will probably be used in her next recipe.
After the boys don't want to come into her house (probably for fear of being eaten), Paula decides she doesn't like boys and wants to cut their wee-wees off (she already cut off their nuts earlier in her recipe, so I guess this is just finishing the job.)
