TAKE 2 servings
🔹 ripe tomatoes 300 gr
🔹 sweet red pepper 1/2
🔹 skinless cucumber 1/3
🔹 white bread without crust 1 piece
🔹 garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹 red onion 1/3 head
🔹 olive oil 1 tbsp
🔹 lemon juice 1 cl l
🔹tomato juice 100 gr
🔹 spices: salt, sweet paprika, chili pepper or Tabasco sauce - to taste

WE DO:
✅ wash and peel the vegetables from the stalk, peel the cucumber
Coarsely chop all the ingredients and place in a blender, beat until smooth
✅pass the soup through a sieve
✅serve gazpacho with croutons, olive oil and herbs

* gazpacho will become even tastier if you let it stand in the refrigerator
* lemon juice can be replaced with balsamic vinegar - this is to taste
* if you pass the soup through a sieve and add bread without a crust, the texture of the soup is especially tender and even!
