Young Jazz Ensemble
Grade: 2.5
It's a funky-rock groove, let's call it a "boogaloo," performed around 126 BPM. A very catchy melody, with stop-time sections and solos provided for alto, tenor, trumpet, trombone, and guitar, plus some brief drum solo interludes. Lead trumpet range is to written G on top of the staff. This is a great chart for any performance setting.
